Processing and Dispatch
All orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. You can track the status of your order by logging into your account on skiandsnowshop.com.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days. Please note that tracking information may not always be available. However, you can check the dispatch status by logging into your account.
Next Day Delivery
For next day delivery, please place your order before 2:00 PM on a business day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on Thursday will be delivered on Friday. Orders placed on Friday before 2:00 PM will be delivered on Monday. All next day orders are tracked, and you will receive an email from the courier with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Please visit our website for a full list of countries we ship to and the associated delivery times and costs.
Collection from Store
Currently, we do not offer the option to collect orders directly from our warehouse. All orders must be delivered to the specified shipping address.
